Health Systems and Hospitals

HPN has served over 100 health systems and hospitals including Iowa Methodist Health System, Hospital Sisters Health System (IL), MeritCare Health System (SD), Advocate Health (IL), Via Christi Health System (KS) and Provena Health System (IL) and many others.

HPN serves most groups in varied capacities regarding their employee/family wellness programs.  HPN support spans:

• Train-the-trainer support and resources in medical self-care, early detection, battling germs and prevention
• HRAs and integration with screenings using internal resources
• Wellness management system and data platform
• Incentive design and administration
• Communications support
• Research and evaluation support

Groups also use HPN to bolster hospital wellness and population health management support to local employers and community groups, and to help meet PPACA-related needs and goals.
